How do i place a custom order?

Go to the Custom Cookie Request page, and there is an inquiry/order form to be filled out. I would love to work with you to help make your event special!

What Flavor are your cookies?

The cookies are a delicious vanilla almond flavor with a mixture of vanilla almond glaze and royal icing used to decorate. I can also do a cut-out chocolate flavor, for an additional $5 per order.

How are your cookies packaged?

Cookies are packaged in a box ready to be opened up and used immediately. If you would like each cookie individually heat sealed, it is an additional $4 per dozen. Cookies will last at least 2 weeks when packaged this way. If you would like cookies packaged individually and with a bow, ready for favors or gifting, that will be an additional $10 per dozen.

How early should i order?

As early as you know you want them! My calendar fills up pretty quickly, especially around holidays. It takes a lot of time and attention to plan an order, so the more notice the better.

Can i freeze my cookies?

Yes! Just make sure you let them thaw completely at room temperature before you open them up.

What is the minimum order?

That is noted on my Custom Cookie page of this website and varies based on product.

Where/When do i pickup my cookies?

Pick up is typically on a Friday or Saturday in West Little Rock. I’ll include an address and a more exact time on your invoice. Sometimes delivery is available for a small fee - ask about that as part of your order if interested.

Do you ship?

Not at this time - shipping is a time-intensive and expensive endeavor that I am not currently up to. So sorry! At this time, I only serve Central Arkansas.

What is your cancellation policy?

I know life happens! If it is more than two weeks before the event, then I can give a full refund or credit you towards a future order. If it is within two weeks, then we’ll have to talk and see what options can be worked out, though no refunds will be offered. I certainly will work with you to help make it a win for both us, because I know how life can go.
